Nextel stands for Next Telecomunications in short. We are an Application Service Provider (ASP) and Network Service Provider(NSP), which specializes in all fax and voice communication savings.

- Granted Applications Service Provider Individual License from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). (License No: ASP/1/2000/51)
- Nextel offers total communications services and solutions via its independent telephony gateway and systems.
- Nextel has its own corporate accounts and telemarketing team located in all its established network of branches to provide nationwide service and support to all its valued customers.

Currently, Nextel offers fax and voice communication savings.
We allow you to call all mobile, inter-state (STD) and all international (IDD) numbers with just a fraction from the cost.

| Is Nextel a licensed holder? |
Definitely. Next Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. has been granted an Applications Services Provider (ASP) Individual License under the Communications & Multimedia Act 1998. This license enables Next Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. the authority to provide call-cost savings services to its users through Nextel.

| How do I pay for use of Nextel? |
We will send you our monthly bill on the first week of following month. Details such as origin of call number, time and date of call, duration of call, destination, destination number, charges from will be printed on your phone bill for your confirmation. Payment can be made via cheque or credit card or direct bank in to Nextel Public Bank account.
* Customer MUST fax the bank in slip to Nextel at 03-7665 0161 and write down their company name and account number at the bank in slip. |
| Do I have to pay any other fees? |
No, you only pay for the calls you make, which mean the talk time. There is

You don't have to spend a single cent in order to use our service.

| How can I access to Nextel's services? |
You can access Nextel's services from any fixed line phones and even from your mobile phone upon registration on the phone numbers.
Below is a few method to use Nextel service:
Method of Using Nextel Services
Implementation to use our system is important for it might affect user and create discomfort while using our service. Tuning is necessary to optimize connection time. Below is our ways to implement our customers phone system to ours.
- Speed Dial Access number will be programmed into the clients system. User can retrieve our access number through speed dial keys preset. Recommended for key phone system.
- Auto Dialer A gadget is installed into the outgoing of each individual line in the company. Dialing process is transparent for clients just have to dial straight as usual. The auto dialer will automatically detect and route specified calls to our gateway. Availability for all types of system.
- IP Phone A phone with built in intelligent IP routing (dialer). User can just dial straight and auto routing will be activated once the number 0 is press. Recommended for direct line.
- Personal Identification Number (PIN) - Each caller is provided with a unique PIN for the caller to access our gateway anywhere on any telephone.
We will do an understanding and analysis over the system that our clients are using before recommending any implementation methods.

| Do recipients of my telephone / fax calls have to be Nextel customers? |
No. Nextel allows you to communicate with everyone in the world via phone and fax; Nextel users and non-Nextel users.

As a corporate user, do I have to change PABX, dialing plans etc in the office in order to use Nextel? |
We aim for non-intrusive installation. We will not make any changes to your current office telephone and fax usage policies and dialing plans. Users will continue to use the phone system "as it is" today. The only difference is savings for your mobile, IDD and most of your STD calls.
